  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service team for potential future availability.

  1. Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping Timeframe: Typically, standard shipping orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Cost: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight during checkout.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

  1. Processing Time

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

  1. Delivery Times

Shipping: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and other external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can monitor the delivery status of your package through the provided tracking link.

- Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours as sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly before arrival. If you still have not received your package after this time, please contact us at  help@marzaeglow.com for assistance.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure prompt service.

- Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping times may be extended for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping may not be available to these locations.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at  help@marzaeglow.com. within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, resend your order.

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at help@marzaeglow.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent, depending on your preference and product availability.

  1. Changes to Shipping Information

- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@marzaeglow.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped.

- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
